She has mentored many students from internship into full professional careers.

Diana has also appeared several times as a guest on the television show "Soap Talk", commenting on her costumes for the soap opera "Passions" and on the fashions created for the NBC website called CraneCouture.com. Her fashion tips can be viewed on www.seenon.com/blog/Diana%20Eden.php.

She has also appeared with Thomas Haden Church on E Entertainment and on various other entertainment related shows such as Access Hollywood, and TV Guide online.

Speaking about costume design for TV & Film

I am constantly surprised to hear that aspiring designers are discouraged by their teachers because such a career is "too hard". I believe everyone should attempt to realize their dream, not matter how hard. But I am also constantly
surprised at how few tools students are given for knowing how to go about starting a career :how to focus, where to begin, how to research who to contact, how to get interviews, how to present oneself in the best possible light. I believe I can give structure to those who are feeling overwhelmed by the enormity of the task ahead.

A career in costume design is not easy, in fact it is very, very hard. The dedication and hard work it takes cannot be overestimated. But what's important to know is that it is not impossible. How else would I be where I am today (and I started in my 30's,) or for the many other costume designers and costumers who work in the entertainment industry in Hollywood, New York, Chicago, Toronto, Vancouver, and many other cities.
