I'm Diana Eden, an 86-year-old travel writer, author, former costume designer for TV and film, and UNLV professor.
NOW AVAILABLE: My second book, GETTING OLD AND OTHER INDIGNITIES—published November 15, 2025—chronicles my life after retirement and the loss of my husband, Dominic. I share stories of renewal and reinvention as I navigate these later decades in hopes of offering you some insights with a touch of humor.
Being old now myself—I don’t mind the term—my focus is on older women’s travel, style, and how we deal with staying relevant and engaged. We're far from invisible!

I've had a busy year promoting my 2nd memoir!
I was the featured author at the Copper Cat bookstore in Henderson, Nevada (left), I was the featured speaker for the Las Vegas Sewing Guild (right), where I gave a talk on my career in costuming celebrities for film and prime time T.V.
And, excitingly, I was given the 2026 Journeywoman Evelyn Hannon Solo Travel Award.
